Hey my lovely #goalgetters,
It’s a brand new year, and with it comes new possibilities! Time to set some new goals, make some action plans and get to work.
One of my goals for 2019 is to get in shape. Not only because I want to rock a bikini when we go to Italy this summer, but I’d also like my energy back.
To rectify both issues I’ll be doing my best to eat clean and start exercising (again). And what better way to motivate oneself to stay on track than to create a Bullet Journal tracker LOL
So, here are some of the weight loss tracker ideas and inspiration that I found when I was perusing the internet for some inspiration… A tip – click on the images to go to their websites or Instagram accounts.
Weight Loss Tracker Ideas: Follow The Path
I love the minimalistic look of this weight loss tracker from @planyourplanner. I guess that the box with 5, 10, 15 and so on (at the bottom left) is where to write the rewards to give to oneself once the goal is reached.
I couldn’t find the original creator of this layout but liked the idea of it.
Weight Loss Tracker Ideas: Measurements
I love @thepetiteplanner, and this spread is no exception.
And this one by Christina is also a great way to track those measurements and weight loss progress.
Weight Loss Tracker Ideas: Workout
I always love what Aimi creates, and just look at this exercise tracker, so sleek and pretty.
I also loved this from Anjahome.
Weight Loss Tracker Ideas: Health Challenges
I really like this idea of a health challenge by @the.petite.planner! You decide on 12 challenges you’ll do throughout the year and keep track of them in this layout.
Another health challenge is to do one or several exercises each day.
This is not a health challenge per se, but I guess you could see it as a challenge since often we use a tracker to track things we want to do consistently on a daily basis. I just love the way she used the patterns and colors to fill it out <3
I hope you found inspiration for your own bullet journal. Let me know in the comments below if you do any type of trackers in your BuJo, would love to hear!
The Freebies
Last year I created a new tracker for each month as a freebie. They’re still available in the Library if you’d like to get them (they still work perfectly although it’s a new year).
I love the idea of creating something regularly, where you get a new freebie each month. And I love the idea of creating something you’ve asked for. Since many of you said in the survey you’d love to get a monthly planner as the freebie I decided to go with that for 2019.
(BTW, if you want to weight in on what future freebies and products should be, you’ll get the link to the survey when you sign up for the newsletter.)
I noticed that many of you liked the yearly goal tracker for 2018, so I created a new version for 2019 as well.
As always, you can print the freebies or use them in your digital planner. Whichever works best for you!
You’ll be able to download it from the library if you’ve already signed up for access. Otherwise simply head on over here and sign-up.
wonderful Ideas
Thank you Cynthia <3
